There are so many variables. On the high day, did you recently drink or eat something right before you weighed in? Even though water has no calories, it does have weight. If you weigh yourself right after you drink 8 oz of water, your weight will be up a half pound. This is why I weigh myself first thing in the morning, before I eat or drink anything.
