Someone at our last meeting just brought up the same thing. The leader mentioned trying the simply filling technique. No weighing or measuring, just eat power foods til you are satisfied (not stuffed) and you still get 49 extra points plus. It's worth a try.
I know how you feel, getting tired of thinking about food ALL the time, whether it be the decision to eat something healthy or consciously decide to eat something that will sabotage your efforts. Keep pushing forward, you are almost at 10lbs and that is a milestone that you are so close to reaching. , Have faith in yourself.

no you can't. you deserve to be the woman you want to be. You are beautiful and deserving. Don't look at the total picture, this is a journey not a race. You take one day at a time and sometimes one hour at a time and just for today. Eventually you will have all that poundage off your body and feeling wonderful. This is a lifestyle change and you will have those days. I am at goal and regained 10 pounds and felt like you did. It never leaves you. You just have to make up your mind to take each day and drink your water, weigh and measure your portions and track and get out of the house and walk, run or do whatever you can to exercise. This feeling will pass.........just hang in there kiddo.

WEight Watcher's is all about making choices. So if you want to eat something different, can you fit it into your points.
This can be tough some days, but I think you are worth it. This team is so supportive so I know someone will have the right words but I know for me that the key is always in the why, which is why I asked those questions.

I have gone to the mtgs every monday for10 weeks. I had lost 8 pounds...working my way back and am at 7.8 now. I am fighting major burn out. I want to eat and not weigh. I want to eat and not stress points number. I am exhausted. I have had to battle seeking out quick loss programs...all those promises that are never kept. I know they don't work..i've tried them all (almost). Been fat now my entire adult life. I just want to throw in the towel....but I can't.
