Congrats to all of you that have lost any weight at all this week. I am weighing in tomorrow but not at WW, just on my home scale. We are out of town at our mtn. cabin and so it will be different scales. Not sure how that will go!!!!
Sandi My hubby and I have just celebrated our 51th wedding anniversary, can't believe we've been married that long! We have 2 children and 4 grandchildren and live in Tallahassee, Florida.
I stayed the same today--which is better than gaining, and I had different clothes/shoes on as I now do a different job on my way in day. I was kinda bumming as I worked out 6 out the 7 days this week (the first time I have been successful at that goal, and racked up 15 activity points plus values). I do EA Active 3 days a week (unless I am only doing arms, it's a cardio routine regardless of which workout I do) and Wii Fit Plus 3 days a week focusing on my balance (I just recovered from an ankle injury and I don't have a stitch of balance standing on one foot without my shoes!). Today was also the closest I have come to drinking 8 glasses of water--I had 5 and a juice box. I managed to do that as I was donating blood this evening and knew I had to force the water in. Now, to only continue that the rest of this week!

Me to! Sometimes I see people getting very upset if their weight loss doesn't exceed a couple of pounds a week. And I can understand there frustration. But I'm always happy when the scale goes the right way, down.
