It WILL start to come off. Maybe not as fast as you would like. The 1st time I did ww. i lost 3lbs, gained 3lbs and then stayed the same for 3 more weeks, but on that 4th week, my body started to respond and it started to come off more steadily. Sometimes, when you shock your system with a new way of eating or exercise, it wants to hold on to the weight, but keep moving forward and you will see results

i also have a hard time with water....the thing i have found that helps is these little lemon packets called "true lemon".......i buy them online. it is all natural---great way to take some lemon with you wherever you go
Hang in there! It will happen. I was having the same problem and realized that I wasn't drinking enough water and was drinking too much diet soda. I've shifted that (lots of water, way less soda) and the weight loss has finally started to happen.
I had my 4th weigh in (actually only three...the first was my starting point.) I lost 3.8 week one--nothing week 2--and 2/10's last night. I have logged logged logged. I have measured and counted. This is hard work and I am not seeing results. My hubby loses without trying. I am soooo frustrated. ARGHHHHHHHH
