I have to remind myself that sometimes we have to take baby steps. Giant ones don't always get us where we need to go

It WILL start to come off. Maybe not as fast as you would like. The 1st time I did ww. i lost 3lbs, gained 3lbs and then stayed the same for 3 more weeks, but on that 4th week, my body started to respond and it started to come off more steadily. Sometimes, when you shock your system with a new way of eating or exercise, it wants to hold on to the weight, but keep moving forward and you will see results

Thanks for all the guidance. I know my water hasn't been where it should be. I will work on that. I will continue to just keep working at it. I should see success at some point.

Hang in there! It will happen. I was having the same problem and realized that I wasn't drinking enough water and was drinking too much diet soda. I've shifted that (lots of water, way less soda) and the weight loss has finally started to happen.

are you drinking your water, weighing and measuring your portions and tracking all your food? If so ask your leader and give her your tracker maybe she can see what is happening

This is why we have leaders. Did you talk with your ww leader after the weigh in and ask for advice? That is what I would suggest. Sometimes just a little tweaking gets results.

AND....don't make yourself crazy comparing to your husband. Their weight loss schedule is a whole different ball game from ours.

Please don't get discouraged or give up. Ask questions of the leader.

Did you just start a new exercise program or weights by any chance?

I had my 4th weigh in (actually only three...the first was my starting point.) I lost 3.8 week one--nothing week 2--and 2/10's last night. I have logged logged logged. I have measured and counted. This is hard work and I am not seeing results. My hubby loses without trying. I am soooo frustrated. ARGHHHHHHHH

Can't never did nuthin.
