Shannon before you decide to quit think about this. Where will you be 6 months from now if you quit? You have done well so far. Don't give up on that. You should be proud of your accomplishments so far.
Have you taken the points quiz again? Maybe you need to lower your points.
Have you tried Filling Foods option. This change can shake up your routine.
Do you eat the same foods each day - or do you mix it up?
As for exercise, especially when strength training your body will tend to hold on to some water weight. Your weight loss will eventually catch up?
