In one of the teams I am on we do a mini weekly challenge. I would like to start it here. Post daily the number of servings of vegetables, fruit and water that you eat/drink. Hopefully all team members will get involved. Just copy and paste what you have done form day to day and add the information for the new day. On Mondays clear your list and start over.
