Thank you so much everyone for the input. I apologize for the delay in responding-my internet has been down for a couple of days. Each one of you helped me to realize I can't do everything-I will burn out and give up. That is not an option!!!!!! Love the sticky note idea and the whole team connection feeling. Sometimes I feel like I am out here by myself but looking at all of the responses proves that there are people out there that care!!! Thank you again.

emoticon hun and you've gotten some awesome advice and ideas! Thanks everyone! I'm not sure what I can add, other than what works the best for me and, that is -- if you feel the friendship and support at certain teams that bring a smile to you and you feel like you're with others who understand, those would be the teams I'd concentrate on. I've been on various teams and still am and one thing that is important to me, is the feeling that I belong. Life is stressful and positives can always help. It's like being with positive people in your everyday life. Sometimes we have to search them out in ways, but usually we don't have to look too far. They're out there and you'll know deep down when you've found them as they help the day go better knowing others are there who care -- and that's the best advice I can offer. It worked for me when I began this group and I'm so happy that I did. I hit my goal weight, I feel more positive about life as a whole and know there isn't a challenge I can't handle. Because, I have friends who are there and they know how to show it here at Sparks and in life!

I used to get really bad, and then burned out... Now, when I start to feel stressed out, or getting burning out, I would purposely schedule a chunk of time (say, one whole afternoon) for doing nothing, but just to de-stress. I found that helpful to get me bounce back quicker before the going gets too tough. After de-stressing, I found myself ready to tackle the tasks awaiting again with more joy and energy!

You sound like me,l trying to handle the world on your own and in one day. i totally know where you are coming from.

My advice is this...

1) huddle with certain teams one day and the some another day

2) Write down your intake for the week and then track it or plan ahead and track for the week ahead of time.

3) Take things slow.

I know that on the weekend, I do all my tracking for the following week. Each sunday I do that and then it is done for the week....one less stressor.

i also pick and choose on the topics that I reply too. The stickies are great for the main and important things on a team.

You need to take time out for you and some good self care, take about 30 minutes and do something for you a day.

I love stickies(didja notice) let the teens/teams pick a few each off the board too. It is so much more fun to do hard work when others are suffering right there with you!!!! LOL Pefectionism is awesome but It just can't live with itself!!!!
(So hubby keeps telling me!!!!)

Thank you for putting things in perspective for me!!!! Yes, I need to slow down a little and take one baby step at a time. And delegate-14yr old and 16yr old perfectly capable of doing things around the house.

Sounds like you are burned out. I would up my protien for a few days if I were you. do limited items a day. do you do 1 hour house cleaning. for this week do 15-30 a day. 1 room or even 1/2 a day. Exercise?? 10 minutes 3x a day after a protien snack. back off all things getting done NOW!! do bits of things alll day.... Puttering saved my sanity!!! Tracking - use a sticky and log only at night what you ate and Am what you plan to eat. Reading= use as a treat or break when something goes well but only 15-20 minutes so as not to overwhelm. I am not sure where your vacuum would be that you can't reach it, but I tried to vacuum for a week with a bfoken one soooo I am guessing same theory.....
Reward yourself for what you did and use sticky notes on a mirror or fridge for what is left. use little chores...living room...vacuum(1 sticky) dust, tidy floor, tidy couch, tidy papers, tidy dishes, tidy clothes, tidy toys, see not so huge...... Only way my house gets done!@!!!!

Good Morning team!!!! So, I figured out something this weekend!! I am totally stressing myself out by trying so hard to keep up with everything. SparkTeams, huddling, reading, tracking, trying to clean my house when I can't reach my vaccuum. So, what I did was sleep to try and let go. So, I got lots of sleep and did not achieve anything this weekend. Now today I am feeling sluggish, tense and tired. HELP!!!!! emoticon
