You sound like me,l trying to handle the world on your own and in one day. i totally know where you are coming from.
My advice is this...
1) huddle with certain teams one day and the some another day
2) Write down your intake for the week and then track it or plan ahead and track for the week ahead of time.
3) Take things slow.
I know that on the weekend, I do all my tracking for the following week. Each sunday I do that and then it is done for the week....one less stressor.
i also pick and choose on the topics that I reply too. The stickies are great for the main and important things on a team.
You need to take time out for you and some good self care, take about 30 minutes and do something for you a day.
