I did my morning yoga poses - but just the basics that I always love to do! Slowly stretch out, breath and feel the slow motion of the move. And, you right, hun, meditation can be done anywhere. I have already done it over the noon hour while at work if I have a super stressful day -- I go to my car, rest my head back, close my eyes and just listen and feel myself breathe.

I really need to get into yoga or meditation as a stress release. Cardio workout is what I do most, but there's only so much time in the day that I can do that. Meditation can be done anytime, just about anywhere.

I do enjoy doing a few yoga poses and deep-breathing exercises at the beginning of the day, as they really seem to help, plus I enjoy doing them!
