Did you know that tea "got the guillotine" in France after the Revolution?
Tea was a symbol of the aristocracy, as they all drank it. For about 50 years, tea was banned. It wasn't until there was a resurgence in interest in all things English that the drink came back to popularity in France.
"For Yesterday is but a Dream,
And To-morrow is only a Vision;
But To-day well lived
Makes every Yesterday a Dream of Happiness,
And every To-morrow a Vision of Hope.
Look well therefore to this Day! "
