Hi all, I have a couple questions for people who have/had anxiety surrounding exercise before I head to the gym.
-How did you deal with the anxiety around cardio? (I'm worried I'll have a heart attack or something)
-Warming up, I walk to the gym. It's about 5 minutes away. Is this an okay warm up?
-Cooling down, I walk home from the gym, is this also an okay cool down?
- How do you deal with the anxiety of other people being in the gym with you?
