Well, anxiety makes me isolate, and isolating makes me lonely, and loneliness makes me grumpy. But pain also makes me grumpy, which makes me isolate, and makes me anxious.
Walking generally helps me with all these, so I'm wondering if something happened on you walk, or if you were thinking about something difficult, that could have triggered the anxiety?
When I'm overwhelmed, I try to step aside and remember that I'm not in charge, and that I can only control what I say and do. Reaching out like you have done is another great way to lessen the anxiety. My thoughts are with you today.
