Knowing that each of us suffer from some shape or form of anxiety I was wondering if we could share with one another what works best for us to bring down our anxiety or work through it. I know not everything works for everyone. We are all unique individuals. Just thought that maybe sharing what works for us might offer someone a new skill or method to try!
My favorite ways of bringing down anxiety are Deep Breathing, Taking a hot Bubble Bath & Talking with a friend who is supportive. Sometimes exercise works wonders too!
