My Spark Goal this week is taken form another of my teams. I am going to measure my foods. This is hard for me because as a long time cook I am usually very close in eyeballing amounts. I need to be accountable though so here I go! emoticon

Finishing projects and cleaning out are my goals this weekend. This is a great idea. We often have a discussion on our How do you rate your anxiety thread but I'm glad to see this positive addition! emoticon

Well! Since this team doesn't seem to have a general discussion section I guess this is it? Yeah, so I have anxiety, I'm also chatty when the sun is out, the twirds are burping and life is grand, like today! Why am I so happy today? Because I took a deep breath and put down expectations that no one was really putting on me but myself. Oh! How often I take a suggestion or encouragement and turn it into a self imposed obligation! It felt like I was tracking my failures. So I stopped.

What I did instead was to make my OWN Spark Goal. I am just NOT in the mental/physical shape to do what I think I "ought" to do. My Spark Goal for this week was to some how at some point find my way to the gym. I do NOT respond well to strict guidelines, so I made it more general. And today Boyfriend and I went for a fairly serious walk on our lunch break in the sunshine and it was amazing!

So - I want to know - what's YOUR personal Spark Goal for the week? (And no, I don't care if it has ANYTHING to do with diet or exercise!)
