I am causing my self great anxiety at the moment.
I want to chance my goal wight but can not figure out how. This is what it tells me to do
* How do I change my weight goal?
1. Go to your Start page.
2. Scroll to the "my Goals & Progress" section (on the left side of the page).
3. Click the "change" link next to your weight goal.
4. Under "Set Your Weight Goal," change the number in the "Target Weight" box.
5. Click "Save Your Changes" at the bottom of the page.
I have been to my start page and I scroll up and down and see nothing about "My goals & progress" what am I missing????????
