Now everybody this is not a hard challenge...and it might not be well liked to people that are addicted to the gym. The challenge is to: Get your tushies outside!!! At least 3 times a week. Enjoy the sun (if you have any) and get some vitamin D. Switch running from a treadmill to outside (it burns more calories and uses more muscles). Enjoy nature! Whether it is hiking, camping, running, biking, or even just walking around your neighborhood or yard work-- post up what you're doing or any ideas to get your body moving outside of the house (or gym)!
I'll start-- yesterday I kayaked and biked, I did kayaking today at a local VA pond! Have fun team!
