It hasn't really had an impact on my INR either. and I drink between a gallon and a half and 2 gallons of water a day.

Hi ~

Welcome to the team!

As far as I have seen my water intake has had no effect on my PT/INR. There are days I will drink about a gallon of water (I am use to drinking a lot of fluids).

Good luck on your goals! PLEASE keep in touch.

Hi everyone,

I'm new to warfarin and new to SparkPeople. I was wondering about the effects of water on INR and clotting. Does anyone know anything about what it will do if I increase or decrease my water intake while taking warfarin?

Thanks for your help!
