I'm coming in a little late to this, but my Hubby did the same thing while I was on a plateau. He was just looking at me and said "I can tell you're losing wait." It made me feel really good and the following weigh in I finally lost a pound...it wasn't much but I think the support I felt really helped me get past my plateau!

I had this moment on Saturday when my DH said, "hey, you look skinnier!" I had been waiting for him to say something! He knows I've been doing this for a month now, but he finally sees a difference. YESSSS.

i told my dh that if he sees me eating bad or such to tell me. sometimes i need someone to be "hey! what are you doing!" and that really helps as well.

My hubby was telling me that I look like I have lost weight too and that I look really good. It's nice when they notice and show appreciation. I can't wait to get to my goal weight and buy some hot new lingerie!
