I am sorry you are struggling. I struggle sometimes saying "no" to people offering me unhealthy things and recently I have been really good. Even if they look at me funny... I just say, "Thanks, but I am not hungry." Most of the time I am NOT hungry, but is does look good!
I am doing well! I lost 2 lbs this week! I am at 123.6lbs now. When I started this journey I didn't think I would ever get here. I have 4 more pounds to go before my next bottle of wine :)
This week my goals are similar to last week:
Monday: Turbofire’s Hiit 15, and P90X Chest and Back
Tuesday: Turbofire’s FIRE 45, P90X Ab Ripper X
Wednesday: Turbofire’s Hiit 15, P90X Shoulders and Arms
Thursday: Turbofire’s FIRE 45EZ, P90X Ab Ripper X
Friday: Turbofire’s Hiit 15, P90X Legs and Back
Saturday: Turbofire’s FIRE 60, stretch
Sunday: P90X Core, and Turbofire’s Stretch 40
This may change because my family is shipping me shakeology from the states and when it gets here I am going to do a 3 day cleanse. During the cleanse I can't do strenuous exercise. I will let you know if anything changes. This past week I completed ALL workouts, and stuck to eating well. I hope to lose another 2lbs this week.
