1. 1500 Fitness Minutes - 3 hours of swimming, 3 days of strength, 3 walk/jogs per week
2. 30 for 30 - 10 crunches/10 military push-ups/10 burpees each day for a total of 300 each for the month.
3. Swim a total of 21,000 meters.

Nutrition
1. Eat 5 veggies each day. (70% - 21 days)
2. Eat 4 fruits each day. (70% - 21 days)
3. Eat in my range each day. (70% - 21 days)
