I didn't do very well, only lost 2 pounds. Considering everything that was going on, I'm considering it a near miracle that I managed that! I'm restarting for October and aiming for a lot more physical activity! There aren't nearly as many distractions this month, so hopefully I'll be less tempted to over-indulge!

Jes, sometimes you just gotta live your life. make the healthiest choices you can and get activity in where you can. I haven't been getting the exercise i want either, but i am still making the healthiest choices each day. i don't like tracking, so i don't worry about it. i track when i feel like it. otherwise, i just listen to what my body tells me it needs.

I really haven't been doing well on the exercise at all! I'm going to visit my fiance in Mississippi for the weekend, so I know I won't be tracking much of anything (I'll be surprised if I look at a computer at all once I get there!), so that will put me further behind. At least my weight has been pretty steady, I only gained .2 pounds in the last week, and that included a family potluck with tons of yummy foods! I forced myself to eat salad first so I didn't have much room for all of the lovely & not remotely healthy goodies! I'm hoping to get things turned around when I get back home so that I'm headed in the right direction as we get into October!

all of you have done EXCELLENT, finding ways to get activity/exercise in. no matter what life throws at you. I wasn't as active as i had hoped, but i did get 2 mornings of pool time. i am still walking up/down stairs at work when i force myself to. LOL. i had a fitbit, but it was WAY off on steps and it was always showing me taking up to 3,000 steps overnight, even though it was sitting in my purse on the floor, not being moved. so, i don't use it anymore.

somehow i made my fitbit goal of over 10,000 steps! as of 6:54pm i have 11.208 steps; 4.96 miles; 15 flights! burned 1637 calories
bit of a stressful day, so instead of working out, i brought myself to the nail salon and had a very nice mani/pedi. emoticon

This week hasn't been very productive on the exercise front for me. I was at camp over the weekend and by the time I got home on Monday after packing up 3 kids in the rain, I was exhausted! Tuesday my parents were waiting in my driveway when I got home from work and stayed to visit for quite awhile. I did get some housework done, and since they were bringing me their old dryer to replace my dying one, I did get some exercise while we hauled the old one out of the basement! Yesterday I was just plain lazy! I need to find some motivation to get myself moving!

sunday and monday were a total zero on anything for me...back to work on tuesday and was actually glad to be back with something to do. any WW's in this challenge? i got 7activity points and lots of activty minutes; i did make it to the gym yesterday and got in a great workout.. my fitbit had me over 13,000! today i got a two mile walk in at lunch - that wont happen again as i dont have enought time to eat and change before 1:00 but it was damn fun making it! at 5:30 i have over 10,000 steps on the the fitbit and 4 activity points for ww....
tomorrow i go back to the gym

so, how are we all doing mid-week? me, pretty good. finding ways to get more activity in. using the stairs at work, walking my 2 dogs longer in the morning.

So, welcome to the first day of the challenge. i have done a little walking this morning, and i am burning up already. I am NOT a hot weather person. LMAO. but, i will get the .8 lbs i gained in august off and get back into my activity routine.
