Hi, I just joined the team, this sounds great! I don't know if I can do as many as 5 days a week but I'm up to 3 and can always use a reason to do more. I added myself to the "walk 10 minutes a day" team challenge!
who's up for this? I know that it is still officially winter, but since we are having some warm day, who wants to be with me and walk 5 times a week for a minimum of 10 minutes each day? we can do this challenge until the end of april.
