goodmorning! thought I would hop on and see how you are doing. I have done really well but this weekend I had a very bad food day and went out to eat at a buffet and lets just say I didnt make good choices. BUT I am back on track and doing great with my food. I am trying to exercise. I just cant do much. I hope you are doing well! Have a wonderful day!
My goal is to lose 15 pounds by spring. This challenge will Start Feb. 1 until March 31 and hopifully by March 31 we will all be 15 pounds lighter. Goal: 8-10 glasses of water a day Excerise at least 30 mins a day for 4 days 5 veggies a day log in food daily. Please join me!!!!
