I think that describes the UK right now; muddy. We're taking care of a German Sheppard at the momement who is prone to jump up. It seems I need to change my clothes everytime we go for a walk.
Hey - there is actually sunlight this morning. YEAH. I think I'll do some gardening.

Well, if you head this way make sure to bring wellies or decent walking boots because it is pretty boggy and soggy in places at the moment. Muddy me and muddy pooch is currently par for the course. LOL
Still lovely though. :-)

Those pictures are beautiful. It makes me long for the countryside!

I really think I'm going to have to start and get out of London on the weekend.

Highwoods Country Park, Colchester. It is only a few minutes walk from my house, and I am up there most days for at least an hour with my dog, and sometimes with my daughter too. It is free to go in, and has woods, fields, scrubland, marsh and a lake. It is lovely!!!

If you go to my blogs I have several with photos of Highwoods. If anyone wants to take a look, these three links give a reasonable overview...
Hugs,

As it says on the tin - what is your favourite place near you to get outside and play?

Any favourite walks?
Scenic areas?
Good places for families?
