Yes this happened to me a long time ago when life was much tougher and stress was my middle name. I had gotten up to answer the phone and when I got there I fell and did not know what happened. It was my daughter on the phone and she wondered. I faked it and told her I had stumbled but that was not actually true. I did go to the Dr. but as was usual with that Dr. no good answers. I guessed myself though that my BP was up, nursing theory comes in handy and for a long time I was very cautious.I still get up carefully and slowly.

My BP is within range, I do take a 1/2 of a BP pill. At night, I do set on the bed a few minutes, before I get up. I use a walker at night, my balance is not great and I grab my phone when I get up. These are just most of the time precautions, but all you need is one fall and your life can be changed forever. I had rather be safe than sorry.

People pay a terrible price and fight their way to look in the book (The Meaning of Life) and when they finally fling it open inside is a mirror. There is no enlightenment outside of one's own self. Each person must seek God in their own way.

Good golly Ned!!! Please be very careful, as this could turn into something that you really don't want, so get yourself checked.
Yes, back in the day, this did happen to me, and I busted the back of my head open, when I fell. I had no clue what was or had happened, until I woke up in a pool of blood. It's not a good thing. My doctor had to increase my BP Medication, and when I finally got it into my system, I didn't have anymore problems. Please take care of yourself, NOW!!!

I know I have to be careful when I stand up. I have to stay still for a few seconds before I take a step. But to me is sounds like your blood pressure dropped too low and you passed out. Call you Dr. please. He may have to change the amt. of med you're taking. Don't fool around with this please or you could really get hurt if you fall again.

The doc was trying to get me onto B/P meds due to heart disease in my family and I had boarderline HBP (140's over 80's ).... Well, I finally bargained with her that I would take Propranolol 60mg daily because I also suffer PVC's every 4th-5th beat and the med is helpful at times with that.....Well, I was doing fine and recently, I've been occasionally getting dizzy when rising to use the bathroom at night...One night I even found myself on the floor and didn't know how I got there...I think I passed out!...AND... I don't know if I hit my head but I am still suffering a knee injury from it.... Anyone else experience these things???
