I take potassium supplements
JUST FOR TODAY, ONE DAY AT A TIME
John 3:16 KJV -
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
"If the only prayer you ever say in your life is thank you, it will be enough" - Meister Eckhart
Here is a pretty lengthy list of High-Potassium Foods
Apricot , raw dried
Milk, all types
Nuts and Seeds
Salt Substitutes/Lite Salt
Salt Free Broth
Dried Beans and Peas
Greens, except Kale
Potatoes, white and sweet
Switching to bananas and spinach myself. Chard I found out is HIGH in sodium! UGH...
my go to food is banana's.
I'm new to SP and am trying to create a food plan high in potassium. I saw that Swiss Chard was good.
When I post to my nutrition tracker Swiss Chard when cooked it says 0 potassium.
But chopped Swiss Chard is high.
Anyone understand this?
I went to google and found info that cooked is actually higher.
Why is it not posting potassium for me?
