John 3:16 KJV -
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

I'm new to SP and am trying to create a food plan high in potassium. I saw that Swiss Chard was good.
When I post to my nutrition tracker Swiss Chard when cooked it says 0 potassium.
But chopped Swiss Chard is high.
Confused.
Anyone understand this?
I went to google and found info that cooked is actually higher.
Why is it not posting potassium for me?
