I had problems getting my BP regulated infact nothing they gave me worked, until my new Cardiologist checked me for and diagnosed me with PAD. They put me on a new med which for the first time is working to get and keep my BP down. You may want to ask your Doc to check you for PAD, many people have it and they don't know it.

I had bp of 179/89. They wanted to put me on bp med. I asked a naturopath first. Recommended Carditone. I get mine on Amazon. But you can research it, it is an Ayush herbal formula. Within 3 mos. my bp was normal.

Hey folks....I currently take two bp meds and workout a lot..eat less sodium....I've been researching other options such as supplements to help lower my blood pressure..does anyone else use anything such as co-q10 or hawthorne????
