I had problems getting my BP regulated infact nothing they gave me worked, until my new Cardiologist checked me for and diagnosed me with PAD. They put me on a new med which for the first time is working to get and keep my BP down. You may want to ask your Doc to check you for PAD, many people have it and they don't know it.
Blessings and Peace,
Be sure you talk to your pharmacist about what you are wanting to take to be sure there aren't any drug interactions that you need to know about. You can also find helpful information about supplements from the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements website -- ods.od.nih.gov/
I had bp of 179/89. They wanted to put me on bp med. I asked a naturopath first. Recommended Carditone. I get mine on Amazon. But you can research it, it is an Ayush herbal formula. Within 3 mos. my bp was normal.
