1200 seems a bit low anyway. You may find you have more success with a few hundred calories more. Adding some lean protein and some veggies to your diet usually will bring up your calories without adding junk.
One of the funny things about weight loss is that you have to find the good number of calories that give you a loss. Too low and you are less successful and too many and you are less successful.

I also signed up for the boot camp challenge !! but my problem is that i like to work out every day but it seems that i am not eating enough?! how does that work? Can any one explain this to me? I used to eat 1200 cals and then the tracker moved me to 1480- 1800 due to my work out schedule. I love my daily work outs but eating that much food seems to be challenging without tuning to junk any suggestions?
