I did a 30 minute hill on my stationary bike last night. I plan on going to the gym tonight and doing some running!!

Hi friends. I did the 15 minute Qi Gong video. It was wonderful and lovely since I'm feeling kinda wimpy and didn't want to be out in the cold (brrr 20 degrees).

That's golden advice for one and all, Aurora!
First thing after sleeping off the jetlag I'll be dusting off my parents' old treadmill and hopefully talking my mum into going on the exercise bike, even if it's just for two minutes a day.

Much as I love the wintertime, the lack of sun does get me down at times.
I am making a promise to myself this month that I will take a moment every non-cloudy day to soak up the sun's rays, preferrably while walking.

On crappy days I will be sweating my arse off indoors.

Trying to take advantage of the surprising good weather, even though there's an inversion. Went for a fast bike ride yesterday with my dogs. Planning to do the same tonight, though it'll be dark by the time I get home.

I went outside last night for a short run. I did about 2 miles. It wasn't too cold. I just ran down the street and back. I got 30 minutes in. I am hoping to be able to get some running in today as well.

The weather in Utah was amazing today-took advantage of it and went golfing. Walked the course pushing a cart and burned 600 calories!

hi guys Sorry I've been a little flaky about posting.

Congrats on the virtual 5k; and on making it to the gym when you were sore!

I have been sick, but got back to exercising on Monday. On Monday and Tuesday, I did 60 minutes each day of heavy strength training, and today I ran 5 miles. Weather this morning was perfect for a run!

Well done on the virtual 5K! Yesterday I felt really stiff from the HM on Saturday. Sat and Sun were fine, but yesterday I was sore. Nevertheless, I made it to the gym for a 30 min bike ride.

I ran my first ever half marathon in Provo Canyon Saturday. It was great and I'm looking forward to the next one I run.

Yesterday my kids took me on a walk to a place near our house called lizard pit. According to legend (likely conjured up by pre-teens) the pit was created when a meteor crashed into earth. Depending on who you ask, the lizards may have even hitched a ride on the meteor.

Iím glad youíre going to participate, WALKINGGRANDMA.And itís good to hear about December, maybe we can just make daily calorie tracking our team challenge that month.
Yesterday I did a 45 minute strength training video for my lower body. Thatís my least favorite area to work, and the video is a killer! Iím feeling it today for sure.
