I am very excited about this challenge! (Even though it seems I may be the only male participating)

I haven't really used SP for anything in the past, even though I signed up a long time ago. How does this work? Is everyone making a new goal for this challenge on their home page? Or are we simply posting our goal & progress in this forum?

I'm not sure just what the different parts of the challenge are yet, but I can't imagine that it will be something I can't do, unless it involves jumping, balancing on one foot for long, or running fast. Most challenges I've encountered are designed to be doable, but not necessarily easy, but then nothing worth doing is.

Count me in! I've been on a streak and I want to keep it going. I'm doing a fun run on Saturday, October 30th, it's Hale Theater's "Highway to Hale" run, so I'll shoot for that date as my goal date.

Guess what Im going to be for Halloween? 8 pounds lighter! Want to join me? Its a 6-week Halloween challenge!

There will be three components:

A fitness minute portion
A nutrition portion
A weigh-in portion

I know not everyone tracks their calories, or wants to get crazy high fitness minutes each month, so you can take part in one, or two, or all of the portions of the challenge.

At the end, Ill give SparkGoodies to the person with the top weight loss, top fitness minutes, and who sticks to their calorie goal the closest.

But I dont want to do this by myself. Who else wants to commit to looking and feeling better by October 31? (Halloween is exactly six weeks from this coming Sunday, so I want to start the challenge then so sign up quick!)
