squats. Lunges. Walking. Running, Anything to tone them will help. Also, cardio to burn off the extra fat.

Avoid gaining weight and your legs wont get bigger. Try doing lunges and squats and lateral lunges to work the thighs. Some say the step machine is good to tone legs too.

Any ideas on how to get smaller legs? or at least keep them from continuing to get bigger?
