I made my official start date for tomorrow, but nothing like putting off the inevitable so I'm starting today! I've started drinking my coffee black in an effort to kick out extra sugars in my diet (major sweet tooth here), and going to a ballet barre class this morning.

Hello ladies!

I am starting off on my 12 lbs in 12 wks!! For me it's easier to stay active when it's nice out and the summer is perfect for that. Goal is to workout 5-6 days each week, and watch my calories, and allow 1 cheat day. Please join! Would love to hear about your workouts and meal plans :)
