STARTING MAY 1ST!! Let's rock April with fitness!! It is time to think of our fitness goal for the month and then go for it
Okay, so to create that extra motivation to get moving here is a fitness challenge. Starts May 1. We will start each set of totals for the month.
Here is how it works... pick a challenging amount of minutes you would like to workout during the month of MAY (maybe add 200 or 300 to your total completed minutes from last month). Pick something reachable, but not to easy and then post it. If you surpassed your April goal try adding 300-600 more minutes to your original goal (yes, this will be challenging... then again this is a challenge designed to get you to push your self).
Each day you do your workout record it to this thread as: current minutes/total minutes completed/goal minutes
Let's encourage each other to reach our fitness goals if its 800 minutes or 3000 minutes during MAY. We Can Do It!!! So let's work up a sweat, lose some fat pounds, tone up, reach our goals, and most importantly HAVE FUN doing this!!!!
