I would like to join this challenge. I weigh in on Tuesdays so I will post weight then. I'm tracking everything I eat and all exercise. Exercise is tough right now bc I have migraines all day most everyday.
Im with ya! I have abot 20 I would like to loose. But I can start 10lbs in 12 weeks for my 1st goal. I did weight watchers before and lost 25. Then stopped. But I heard about SP and think it will work just as well.. HOPEFULLY! lol. I have 4 children, SAHM also. I am going to get started using my elliptical trainer at 10 minutes a day (to start) I was up to 30 min 5x a week before I stopped everything. WHat exercise will you be doing? Were having steak corn and rice for dinner. I think with portion control I will have a little and load up on fruits & veggies for a snack if I get hungry. GL to you! And I hope to see ya around.

I'm 30 and need to loose my last baby lbs. I'm starting with 10 lbs in the next 12 weeks. I'm a busy mom with two children and a husband, so the "diets" are not for me. I'm going to attempt this the old fashioned way. Anyone with me?
