Lol! I honestly don't know what to write here, just knowing that I think I'm over-ZEN-ed & I need to do something. So there a few things that I need to do before Sunday.

1. Write the promised articles for my church. Around 5 of them.
2. Start my workout. Aim 5 min normal cardio on my stationary bike & 5 min Tabata & followed with three sun salutation. Daily.

Will add more soon.
