Count me in! I'd like to loose 15-20 pounds by Christmas. Was doing great but gained weight back due to inactivity but I'm ready to start working toward my goals again and loose that weight and get in better shape!!!
Hi everyone I just joined Spark a few days ago and I need to lose 19 lbs by early Sepetmber so I can join the Navy Reserves. I am hopeful to lose 5 lbs or more each month and so I really only have 4 full months.
It looked like there are some challenges that started months back on the forums so I wanted to see if anyone in this group would like to join me and keep each other motivated.
I think we should set some "active" goals for each week and I have a few ideas for the first week which would start today. So once I get some responses we can go from there :)
