Hi everyone I just joined Spark a few days ago and I need to lose 19 lbs by early Sepetmber so I can join the Navy Reserves. I am hopeful to lose 5 lbs or more each month and so I really only have 4 full months.
It looked like there are some challenges that started months back on the forums so I wanted to see if anyone in this group would like to join me and keep each other motivated.
I think we should set some "active" goals for each week and I have a few ideas for the first week which would start today. So once I get some responses we can go from there :)
