I love food. I love to cook and try food. How to start looking at food as only something my body needs and stop looking at it as something to experience and enjoy?
I don't overeat usually but I love food and look forward to what I can try next. When I try to diet or eat only things my body needs I get very grumpy. Anyone else have this problem?
