This is the info forum. Please don't reply to this posting. This challenge is all about motivation and rewarding yourself. I am reading the Spark and I read something that I feel everyone can benifit from. We have seen it in our tools The Spark Streaks. Just as a refresher a streak is something you do consistantly for a period of tme. A good example would be: I want to drinks 8 glass of water a day for two weeks straight. Then once you have accomplished that goal you reward yourself. For example: Whan I reach this goal I will treat myself to a nice relaxing day at the spa. So here's the challenge Pick a small daily or weekly goal or goals you would like to be more successful with. Deciede how you would like to reward yourself for achieving that goal or goals. Write a Blog about what you chose and how you plan to reward yourself. There will be a checkin which is for updating all of us on your progress and support. This challenge is only 4 weeks long so make the goals small. This is about Streaks how long can you stay consistant. I have added a link about streaks it's very useful.
