Sorry for the delay everyone. I've had an absolutely crazy stressful weekend that won't end.
Last week's exercise challenge only received a few responses so I am wondering if this is something you guys want to do. Please, let me know...if this isn't working for you, then please suggest something you would like. After all, this is YOUR team...I'm just the figurehead.
So for this week, let's do the following:
25 biceps curls with 5 pound weights
25 jumping jacks
25 sumo squats
Adjust weights as needed.
Do 2 sets of each of the above exercises.
Add 20 minutes of stairclimbing/cardio choice.
Add 25 tricep dips.
Add 2 60-second planks.
