Hi Mistic! I think I hear echoes in this challenge! No one to be found but the 2 of us. OK then - it's u and me kid! AND if any one else would like to jump in, please do! We're plugging along, working hard to beat our previous week's points!

I am a little under the weather so I'm off my game a bit, but trying anyway. And I'm heading out of town on Thursday - Sunday, so I'm not sure if I'm beating my points this week! But, here goes:

MONDAY:

TUESDAY:
Cardio: 50 min = 50 points
Strength: 10 min = 15 points
Cals in range = lets see at the end of the day!

I did stay in calorie range yesterday, but I ate a bunch of junk...I'm going to have to work on that.

I didn't get a chance to post my Day 2 totals last night, the computer was busy.

Day 2

147 Cardio points
3 stretch points
25 points for calories(I did go over my 1550 range, and when I realized that, I went for a 45 minute run to burn the extra calories, so with that run, I stayed in the range I needed to balance it. I am taking the 25 points because I had given up, and made the best of a bad situation!)

Day 2 total: 175
Previous days total for the week:111

Week total: 286

Loren - If the bootcamp work out is HIT intervals, make sure you count your cardio at 1.5 pts per minute also. :-)

I am off to exercise and get this day started. I'm tired this week, but I'm motivated to stay on the wagon for the month of September!!

Hi guys! Glad to see we're off and running with the challenge! Thanks for the wedding support Mistic - I definitely need your help! Sorry to miss my post yesterday! I'm actually doing a boot camp 3 days a week at 5:30 in the morning that totally kicks my butt - I burn on average 700 calories in an hour! We do a mix of cardio and strength, so I'm going to list my boot camp half and half.

TUESDAY
Cardio: 30 mins= 30pts
Strength: 30 mins = 45 points
Stretch: 10 mins = 5 points
Cals in range: 25 pts
Total = 105

WEDNESDAY
Cardio: 30 mins= 30pts
Strength: 30 mins = 45 points
Stretch: 10 mins = 5 points
Cals in range: 25 pts
Total = 105

I'm so glad to see so many interested in the challenge!!!

LOREN!!!!! I KNOW you will be beautiful for your wedding!!!!!!! I am SOOO EXCITED for you!!! Let's get to work....I have gained about 8 lbs since my wedding, which was one year ago last week!!! Can you believe it??

The challenge starts on Sept 1st (tomorrow) and you can aim for any goals you would like. I am going to try to keep my cals in range at least 5/7 days and cut out the junk!! Also, I will try for some exercise 6 days per week.

In case you didn't read my post on the other thread -I'm getting married next July! Mistic, I need you're help on getting this body in shape for the wedding and the strapless wedding dress I want to wear! You can understand!

Hey you crazy gals - I know we haven't done a month long challenge in a while, but I was thinking it might be a good idea with fall on the horizon. Ok...time to tighten up the belts after all of the barbecues and picnics!!!

Exercise: 1 pt per minute cardio
1.5 pts per minute strength
.5 pts per minute stretching or light Yoga

Nutrition: 25 pts per day for keeping calories in range AND an additional 25 pt bonus for each lb. lost per week - up to 50 pts per week.

Is anyone ready for the challenge??
