Still finishing off Sunday... today we went to Red Robin, on of my favouritest restaurants and of course I haven't been there for years due to being overseas... but I was good, I split a burger with my hubby because we find the potions way too huge for our tummies... which helped with the calories a lot, though I ate too many fries!

I am ready for a new fresh week and renewed determination to hold in the calories... is anyone making up a new challenge for this week? If no one is, let me know and I'll set one up.

Today was kind of fun as I got to play for first time in long time with baby since I had the flu last week and the grandparents and daddy wouldn't let me near him for 4 days. All for the best, but he is such a happy cute big boy and I missed him lots. So, we played with the kitty, and he played with his feets, did bath time, took in his sister's softball game, we toured target's baby aisles and picked up some new toys. I had a blast. And I even got him to eat the totally gross chicken baby 1st foods by mixing w other better tasting foods. Daughter did great in her game - she hit twice w/o using the tee, and she fielded well too so all in all a great day.

Yay! Im really proud of myself as I went to a buffet on Friday and 2 Birthday Parties/fair today and I managed to watch my portions and stay within my calories (which is hard for me :)).

Oh yes it is really nice when you have a great place to walk/run. I just moved in November and the scenery/trail is beautiful! Really makes it easier to stay motivated :)
Thats really nice people have been donating food. I know what you mean about foods being bad for you. I went to the fair today and had a cup of chili as I didnt want to mess up all the hard work Ive been doing all week.:)

We need some more chatter from everyone on here to keep things interesting - what is your biggest challenge this week so far? We are still setting up our home here ... we've had a lot of food donated to us to get settled (so helpful!) which is partly good and partly bad! Some stuff is really unhealthy and things I would never buy... some is really healthy/expensive stuff I would also never buy but am happy to enjoy as a gift! :-)

Where we moved to, just behind our house is a loooong paved trail that winds around a creek that runs through the centre of town. It is sooooo perfect for jogging/walking, and has made it so easy for me to get back into that routine! Yay!

Two more days, ladies! Let's pull out the stops!
