I have just "started over" again on myself. I am on day 5 of my new goals which are:
Healthy eating-using my food tracker 100% and staying within my calorie range
Weight training 3x a week
Cardio at least 3x a week (only got 2x last week)
I am so close to goal and really tired of messing up my progress due to poor eating choices. All the exercise in the world is not going to matter if I consume more calories then I am burning.
I have made a chart and have some cute little smiley stickers. Hopefully this visual aid will help remind me of what I need to be doing.
When I eat well, I feel great, and when I eat crappy, well, I feel crappy. That in itself should motivate me to eat well, but I seem to get amnesia about the feeling crappy part until it is to late!
