My main personal goal is to get my butt back on track and stay there! :) I really need to start eating right again and learn how to focus my stress out of my life (at least most of it). Gaining 16 pounds over the last year is not a huge gain, but it is still a gain that I would LOVE to get rid of again.

Isn't if funny that we know what we need to do, but that isn't the easy part, it's the sticking with what we SHOULD do!

My Goals:
I have just "started over" again on myself. I am on day 5 of my new goals which are:

Healthy eating-using my food tracker 100% and staying within my calorie range
Weight training 3x a week
Cardio at least 3x a week (only got 2x last week)

I am so close to goal and really tired of messing up my progress due to poor eating choices. All the exercise in the world is not going to matter if I consume more calories then I am burning.

I have made a chart and have some cute little smiley stickers. Hopefully this visual aid will help remind me of what I need to be doing.

When I eat well, I feel great, and when I eat crappy, well, I feel crappy. That in itself should motivate me to eat well, but I seem to get amnesia about the feeling crappy part until it is to late!

I guess I need to set some mini-goals!!

I'm going to start running again. I am afraid to see how long it takes me at this point to run / walk a mile. My 12 year old daughter was invited to participate with my sister-in-law in a 5K. I think if I train with her, she will feel more comfortable doing it. She hasn't yet decided if she wants to do this yet.

I am going to start blogging my progress on my mile. It can only get better from here!

I'm back in this game again. Trying to eat clean (mostly - I'm not perfect!), exercise regularly & tone up! I'd love to lose my spare tire.

My goal is to set aside 30 minutes (at least) out of each day to run and play outside with my kids. I need to quit focusing on work and errands and just spend time relaxing. Thats my goal this week and for now on.

Another goal is to eat at least 5 fruits / vegies a day. I don't have a problem with fruits usually, but not a big fan of vegies. Stirfry tonight!

My goals:

I want to be able to run three miles without stopping. So far I can .75 of a mile but feel tired and just stop. I can walked inclined for 90 minutes and did 5 miles. I want to push myself to run walk each day. I need to work on strenght training more.

I want to lose 50 or more pounds by the end of the year.

My goals . . .

I want to continue to challenge my body by changing my workouts and increasing the intensity that I work at. Currently, I can do about 8 "man" pushups. I'd like to be able to do 15. I can now run / walk a 13.5 minute mile. My goal is less than 12 minutes.

I just got an exercise bike and do that for a few minutes each day that I don't get on the treadmill or walk a decent amount.

Ultimately, I would like to lose maybe 10 more pounds, but mainly want to tone up & if that keeps me at this weight, so be it!

In addition to team goals, everyone has their own goals. It helps to record what your goals are - then you are more apt to meet them or better yet EXCEED them!!!
