Hmm, I'm intrigued. I just don't like doing DVD's at my house. I feel like I don't have enough room...and my floor is really not ideal for lots of jumping. I like what I saw in that youtube clip. It reminds me of a lot of stuff that I'm doing with my trainer right now. But I only have her for 5 more weeks. :( I'm really interested in increasing my high-intensity exercises. I did some sprints at the UGA track on Thursday, then really surprised myself with a sub-30 5K on Saturday. Oh, and anything that would make burpees better... :)

Dvds. The gym class version is called Turbo Kick and I *think* it's limited to 24 hr. Fitness, but I don't know that for sure. Just stuff I've seen on the internet.
After 30 days of Turbo Fire, I was suddenly able to do burpees! (Jumpbacks to plank from standing and up to standing again.) That makes my yoga a whole 'nother beast and is not bad for someone who is 46 y.o.! :)
