I love red pepper flakes and sneak them in when I can. I used them inside a hamburger I made the other night. I drink my 8 glasses of water as many days as possible. I avoid salt, then again, I have most of my life. I don't like it very much unless I notice a very bland food needs some. And I mean it really has to be very very bland for that to happen. I don't like the feel of it on my hands when I eat a blue corn tortilla or when I eat pop corn and there is some sprinkled on it so that one is easy. I avoid as much trans fats as possible.. That should be easier for all of us in the future with the ban on them about to become a reality. Those are a few and they are the most important ones to me.
Inches Inches Inches lost are more important to me than pounds... :) well POUNDS ARE STILL IMPORTANT NOT AS MUCH AS INCHES THOSE SHOW THE REAL PROGRESS AND THAT IS A HEALTHIER WAY TO MAINTAIN YOUR WEIGHT!!
i LOVE CAYENNE. I put it on just about everything now. My goal is to get off my bp pills and cholesterol etc.
I am eating garlic and cayenne at just about evERy meal. And I eat low-carb since I am convinced we are in trouble becuase of all the processed food in our diets.
I eat loads of good protein and green veggies and for treats, I eat fruit and beets.
I made a pact with myself to stay at 50g (or less) of carbs daily until I was at 140 or size 10 which ever comes first. Then I will add a few different beans and occasional whole wheat bread. UP TO THE LEVEL THAT I GET HUNGRY.
Carbs make me hungry! What is wrong with that picture? Wrong food/too much.
I eat to the level that carbs make me hungry and then I back down for a few days. No more binges for me! No more junk in my trunk! Living and thriving clean and lean!
I love my new energy and vitality.

I've never heard of using cayenne pepper for that. Interesting.

Since I started my workouts, maintaining the diet program my wife got me started on, I have been able to stay off my diabetic meds now for over 1 month now. My sugar levels been below 120 before eating. My next goal is to try to get off my blood pressure pills. To help with this I have introduce cayenne pepper to my diet.
