i LOVE CAYENNE. I put it on just about everything now. My goal is to get off my bp pills and cholesterol etc.
I am eating garlic and cayenne at just about evERy meal. And I eat low-carb since I am convinced we are in trouble becuase of all the processed food in our diets.
I eat loads of good protein and green veggies and for treats, I eat fruit and beets.
I made a pact with myself to stay at 50g (or less) of carbs daily until I was at 140 or size 10 which ever comes first. Then I will add a few different beans and occasional whole wheat bread. UP TO THE LEVEL THAT I GET HUNGRY.
Carbs make me hungry! What is wrong with that picture? Wrong food/too much.
I eat to the level that carbs make me hungry and then I back down for a few days. No more binges for me! No more junk in my trunk! Living and thriving clean and lean!
I love my new energy and vitality.
