hello today sparklers!
Been away for 60th and erratic poster but very good in eating an exercise every day!
Heard of dash diet and sounds interesting, not dashing about I think!
Government recommended? Sounds impressive!
Shall look on search web thingy with my terrible non-tekky skills and try to find out more now.
I do have high b/p and you seem to say this is just fine for us.......are you all getting on well with it and does it cater for strict old-time veggies ( about 43 years now) like me?
Try to get back to sites, can necer get in, find etc. I will get there one day.....now which one will it be? emoticon

Thanks for the link. My doctor recommended this diet to me, so this is a good reference and review source. It is similar to how I already eat, but it is always good to review and refocus.

This is a government suggested diet to help control blood pressure. It works right in with Spark People guidelines. I stayed on it for a long time and still try to work it into my life!
