I've only been eating breakfast and dinner then eat fruit throughout the day. I hope I lose this week!

2015 is the year that I want to stop recovering and start living again!

I have been laying in bed, recovering from cancer, chemo and radiation and all it's side effects for 2 years.
I feel I have 'recovered' now and it's time to move on!

emoticon That is emoticon Today is Friday, and that is my weigh in day for WW's and my points start over for the week so I want a fresh start this morning with eating right and exercising!

I didn't do too bad last week, but I didn't track most days, but still tried to mentally stay within my points. I weigh the same as last week.

Visited my doctor and I have been with spark people since 2009 and have lost ten pounds every year since...... !!!!! emoticon

Goals for August, continue on my weight loss journey and reach my goal before we leave on vacation in September. Exercise each day even if just for 10 minutes and continue with starting to lift weights 2-3x a week. Refine my clothing style to fit my new body and not dress frumpy by wearing things that are too big for me. Continue to encourage my Mom who is struggling with her eating and loosing weight to do so, even if we are states away from each other. Maybe find a walking partner that can keep up with me to meet up with 1-2x a week for long distance walks in the morning ( too hot to go in the afternoon LOL) and who does not mind driving to my house as a starting point as I am having car issues and can not drive for awhile.
