I agree with BILBY4...Tracking has become routine to me...even though I still need to increase food intake...if I wait til I'm hungry I would never eat..I keep baby containers to store fruits and veggies to eat from every couple hours to make sure I'm eating something and its good for me

I think it would be useful if you tracked your food for a month and shared your tracker so we can have a look at it. 'Green smoothie' has no standard. It could be 150 calories or 1000 depending on what you put in it and how much. Other points to note: - you haven't mentioned snacks at all. what? how often? - are weekends any different to your regular routine? - alcohol and other high calorie splurges? - how much exercise do you get? - what are you trying to do? lose, maintain or gain? - do you have any underlying health issues?
