I eat 3 times a day and it looks something like this:
Breakfast is a light meal - usually a green smoothie or fruit with soaked flaxseeds on top or a small bowl of oatmeal with flaxseeds and goji berries.
I don't usually have much time in the morning so I like an easy, quick breakfast. Also, I am not very hungry in the morning.
Sometimes I skip breakfast if I'm in a rush or had a big or late dinner the night before.
Lunch is usually my biggest meal (unless I go out for dinner). I have a long lunch break, so I will cook a big vegetable stir-fry with different types of beans and/or egg.
Dinner is also light like breakfast. It may consist of a bit of left overs, soup or a green smoothie if I didn't have one for breakfast.
It's not always like this, especially on the weekend which I don't really diet on
