I got a square pan that has grill groves on the pan and top with a handle from target and I think it was called a panini maker and it works great.

I bought a "Bella" at Macy's (on sale, of course) - I looked at more expensive models, but the cheaper Bella is what I ended up selecting - and it works great!

I would go to WalMart - - or Macy's... etc and see what they have available and then head off to a local thrift shop and pick one up for next to nothing.......... emoticon
