HH mealplans were a hit at my house. We loved them. I used them for a few weeks and then decided to just buy her books and make my own meal plans. Either way it's great and there isn't a lot of "weird" stuff to buy. I don't like the recipes where I buy a container of something and then never use it again. :(

I love HH's meal plans. I am in my 3rd week of the plans. There has only been 1 dish so far that I did not really care for. I love that she makes everything so easy! I don't follow the plan exactly, I juice 1 meal a day. I find the plans make my life sooo much easier. I prepare everything ahead of time and just have to reheat and eat.
I'm fasting now, but I saw that website and was like "I'm all over this when I'm done" I think it will be a huge help because I'm the only vegan one in the house and she has recipes for one. This will save on cost.

Hi, My name is Mandy and I was Pesco-lacto-ovo vegetarian from the age of 11 or 12 after a nasty farm experience, and went vegan about 2 years ago. When trying to combine this fact with wanting to lose weight I felt that the meal plan from Happy Herbivore author Lindsay Nixon was helpful. After 8 weeks I now feel confident that I can make up my own meal plan.
