looks like such a cool site and after my fasting I will surely get the individual menu. I may get my oldest on this...what a great place! Thank you for sharing!!!!

There are options to swap out if you want.
You can always just try the one time week meal plan for $5.00 to see if you like it.
That's what I did.

I was looking all around the Happy Herbivore site today. My only questions is do they have a way for you to weed out foods that your family doesn't like? It's not super important because I'm sure I can figure out substitutions myself, but it would make it a lot more convenient.

I just started the Happy Herbivore on Friday and so far I really like it. It takes a little more time to plan out my grocery list as I am also buying groceries for two non herbivores, but the recipes are easy to follow and prepare. They are also tasty.

Lindsay Nixon has a meal plan. It's vegan. www.happyherbivore.com
And there is the Physicians for Responsible Medicine 21Day Kickstart mealplan. Again it's vegan, but it's free. www.pcrm.org The vegetarian diet that I used before I became vegan I think cost about $11.00 to download. I don't know if it still is available but the link is; www.vegetarian-diet.info

I know Spark has a meal planner, but I'm in need of something more interactive/customizable. Does anyone know of another free/low price website that will give me more flexibility but still plan the meals FOR me?

I'm terrible at planning out meals myself. I'm in real need of a generator I can customize and use as a menu.
