All those brands have good (& not so good) products, but they can all be a bit pricey. I suggest trying a few different things to see what you like and then you can learn to make some of your own. Post Punk Kitchen has a recipe for Simple Italian sausage that is really good and easy to make. Bob's Red Mill has a great line of flours, grains and mixes that you can buy online if your local market won't carry it. If you live in a rural area you must have access to vegetables and you can make so much with them without having to use a lot of processed ingredients. Luckily for us the internet has a ton of information and web sites these days; one I highly recommend is www.chocolatecoveredkatie.com . It's mostly desserts but she has other recipes as well. Everything I've tried of hers has come out delicious. Good luck in your search ~Pam

Thanks guys and wow-- mega-link of veggie lines! ;)
Yves has come out with faux shrimp and tuna! Ah, what I've always been waiting for-- faux seafood!! I think it's only in the USA so far though, based on the look of their website.
I'm going to write a letter to our grocery store manager and see if he can order in any of the products from the lines listed.
For being vegetarian, I've lived in the wrong places... First, a rural area where most people are farmers (kill too, not "just" dairy/egg) and second (now), a remote northern area where most people are hunters (Native American area). LOL
So I'm really glad our grocery store manager already carries some vege products! :)
I believe in myself, I am a strong woman. I will reach my goals, NOTHING & NOBODY will hold me down. I will live my life with integrity and intention. I will set a good example for my daughters and my son. I will be a woman that makes my grand children proud when they look at pictures of me long after I've left this earth.

I bought Lightlife veggie burgers and they are really good, no GMOs. Yves veggie dogs are pretty good. I bought Hormel vegetarian chili with beans to go with them. Nasoya tofu has no GMOs, if you are interested in that. Pictsweet edamame is a quick source of protein. It's in the frozen food section with other vegetables.
